RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because we are custom printing each order, we do not allow returns; however, we will be happy to exchange sizes or replace if there is a visible problem with your purchase (must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of your item). There is a 20% re-stocking fee for size exchanges. Please email us at: email@example.com to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days with pictures of the damaged item and we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped.
Wrong order: In rare instances that the wrong item was shipped, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are entitled to receive the correct item sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our behalf.
